Has anyone created a way to wrap and unwrap the main (actual) only sail around the mast on a WR16 easily?? I was thinking some like how the jib works on the WR17. TYIA

I considered it. I went so far as to brainstorm a few ideas, but in the end decided it would be a PITB to complete.
One of the bigger hurdles was coming up with a large diameter spool to mount to the mast base. You'd likely have to fabricate something, which would require machine tools, or, if the spool was to be made of wood, at least a lathe. Then figuring out how to attach it.
The outhaul would be another hassle. I've never seen one like the 16 has, where it's a loop with restricted travel. You'd need to re-route it such that the line went from the clew, along the boom, down the mast, and back to the cockpit. Ugh!
Did you ever come up with something?
